Well, how is everyone today?  We had the last class last night.  I’ve learned a lot about communication, finances, self esteem and healthy relationships.  It’s not easy to look at yourself in a mirror (for some of you this may not be a problem) but to look hard, admit your faults and force yourself to make serious changes – this is not easy.  But then again, there’s not much that is easy on this planet.  So, whatever you’re facing today remember that tomorrow is a new day – and you’ll have something bigger to face then so just press in and hang on !!! I found the following quote in the front cover of my Bible. I don’t know where it came from or when I wrote it down but it sure is good….
