One man’s junk is another man’s treasure.  Or, woman’s treasure as it pertains to our blog.  Interesting what we can be attached to one day and then let go of the next. I was wishing for the organization book I loaned out many moons ago, thinking it would help me prioritize some household jobs.  Oh, I’ll hit a few garage sales and see if I find it, I thought.  Then I began to giggle – garage sale books are a funny subject.  Every sale you go to you see boxes full of self help and diet books.  No telling what you find, some funny, some sad.  It makes me sad when I see relationship books in the “to go” box.  “The Power of a Praying Wife”, “When God Whispers Your Name”, “Relationship Rescue”, “Fireproof”, this list goes on and on. I wonder how many of those books leave one hopeless house and save the next? I bet alot of them. The most wonderful thing I ever bought at a garage sale I left with my old life on the top of the “to go” stack.  I left it out of pure pride and spite.  What a stupid woman – but she’s getting smarter each day. Can’t you tell by these blogs?
