“Time to Absorb”

Yesterday a friend was describing how she had to re-arrange a day’s schedule in order to avoid wasting her massage.  I was intrigued. She explained that if she did not have “time to absorb” the massage then it, and the money spent would be wasted.

So, how many of you are busy like me and just run from one point to another? The only time I have to absorb anything is just before sleep and that’s only what I remember from the day.
