The Caterpillar

In a recent church service my mind drifted and I thought of a caterpillar and the way gardeners fight to keep them out of the garden and off the flowers because they eat everything in sight.

Broken people are like this, they destroy everything in their path on their way to the cocoon – but then, when it is time God puts them into a capsule and changes them so drastically that they are a different creation all together when they emerge.

And everyone loves butterflies.

So, from one caterpillar to any others out there – it’s okay God’s not finished with you yet.

It will be worth it, I promise.
