Happy Monday

Funny thing happened over the weekend.  I had some quiet time. That itself is funny but what was even more curious is that I attempted to get into my “Nothing Box” .  Now my sisters who have taken the SMILE class are laughing right now so I will let the rest of you in on the inside joke.  Women’s  brains are like spaghetti with everything jumbled up together while men’s are like waffles with several different compartments, or “boxes”.  One such box is the nothing box, men can do nothing and think of nothing while women can not shut off their brain from thinking of many many things all at once.  So when I say the nothing box was my goal it was hard.  I tried and tried and then my mind flashed to the blog and I said Oh, I have to share this with the girls……….

Women have been on a quest to enter the nothing box for years, even decades.  It’s called YOGA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
