HAPPY MONDAY

Good Morning. I hope your weekend was well.  Mine was really sad and really happy.  Today I will tell you the happy story.  Sunday I signed up to go on a mission trip to Mozambique, Africa !!!!  It will be in December so you’ll be hearing alot more about it later. For now, enjoy this beautiful picture.

What is it you say? Well, let me tell you the story. I separated from my husband in June and sat in church and cried every single service.  Leaving was my decision but staying was no longer an option (in my opinion).  One service I saw a beach in my mind (dare I say vision). I was on a beach and Jesus was there, I buried my head into his chest and He just held me.  The next day I went to a website and purchased several posters of beaches to hang in my new bedroom to always remind me of that vision.  The picture you see here has been hanging above my bed since that time. However, it does not have MOZAMBIQUE written on it.   So, imagine my surprise when I googled images of Mozambique to see where in Africa it was because I wanted to sign up to go there – BAM – this image came up – if you know me you know I took it as a sign that I am destined to go.  Please know that I am not expecting to suntan on the beach while I’m there but I really am expecting Jesus to do something big and wonderful in my life and meet me there since He’s had this poster over my head for the last 8 months !!!!
