Great Praise

On the road there was a small church with a sign out front that simply said…

“Great Praise Usually Comes Out of Great Pain”

Wow.  I’m reminded of the time I was doing monthly newsletters for my little soap company and I asked a friend to preview and critique one before publishing…. after she read it she began to weep and told me that the topic I had written about was the very way her grown son went home to  the arms of Jesus.

I comforted her, and the paper was never published.  Seeing her in so much pain I was never able to release it.

You never know who you are talking to or sitting next to and the enormous pain they might have gone through in their lifetime.
